#BinayVisitsUPLB | VP supporters hand out suspicious article outside transparency forum

On condition of anonymity, several students reported that an article entitled “Yellow Submarine” by Rolly G. Reyes was distributed by women wearing yellow shirts with “Binay” written on it outside the transparency forum.

“Maaga ako ng isang oras bago ang diskurso, ngunit sumambulat sa akin ang pagkahaba-habang pila. Sa pagtitiis sa init at mga ingay ay kunti na lang at makapapasok na ako sa loob kaso pinahinto muna ang pagpapasok. Maya-maya ay nakatanggap ako ng isang artikulo mula sa isang babaeng sa palagay ko ay tagasuporta ng bise-presidente.” said one of the students who received the said article.

The article seems to criticize the current administration since it makes circuitous remarks about Aquino’s popular taglines like “Tuwid na Daan” and “Kayo Ang Boss Ko”.  “Kung di ako nagkakamali ay kinokondena nito ang administrasyong Aquino. Nakapaloob din dito na hinayaan nitong mapaslang ang apatnapu’t apat nitong tripulante at pinabayaan din nito ang mga biktima ng bagyong Yolanda.” the student added.
