UPLB constituents’ unity statement for academic ease
The constituents of UPLB continue the university-wide campaign to defend our democratic rights to education and genuine social welfare. A unity statement for academic ease has recently been released by Rise for Education (R4E) UPLB to forward the students’ agenda.
Still facing the COVID-19 pandemic crisis, the situation of most Filipinos worsened due to the incompetence of the government in disaster response during the recent typhoons. Now is the time to urgently demand for an academic ease as it is the right of both students and faculty to receive aid and consideration in these times of crises. For more details on the campaign, read here: https://www.facebook.com/R4EUPLB/posts/3366684046718565.
If your organization still wants to join as a signatory, you may go to bit.ly/AcadEaseUS and fill out the form. The statement will be sent to the UPLB administration to strengthen our call.
